AMENDMENT XVI to our Constitution, Passed by Congress July 2, 1909. Ratified February 3, 1913.
The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever sources derived,
without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Let us Amend and replace the above article with this added caveat.
Congress, shall balance the United States budget every year !

B. 1710. I do this for uniformity. The name in america was
transformed from Bächler or Baechlein found in the German
source records, to Peeler in america.
